Refund policy

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your items. To exercise your right to cancel, we must be notified of the decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your items by email: customer.service@wellbeautiful.co.uk and include the relevant order number.

Items must be unused, unopened, with all the original packaging and all original seals intact without being tampered with. The items must be in good resaleable condition to receive a full refund. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers, packaging or if the product has been used. We will not refund items that are made-to-measure, custom-made or are of a special order; or any products that for hygiene purposes cannot be returned, include cosmetics and other personal care products.

A refund will not be initiated until the items have been received and inspected through our process. If the returned item(s) are found not to be eligible for a refund such as not in the condition as described as per these terms and conditions, you will receive an email notification of the rejection of your refund request including the reasons. We will only refund the price of the eligible item(s) returned, but not the cost of shipping. We will process the refund back to the original payment method used, such as Credit or Debit Card for example.

Please note we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged when they are being returned to usIn order to avoid such an issue arising, you must ensure the item(s) are packed securely, and keep a proof of postage receipt from the courier. It would certainly be advisable to send the items back to us via a Tracking Service that insures the value of the goods.
